禁药一案圆满终结 尤文队医终获清白

Juventus Official Statement on the Court of Cassation decision
Turin, 29 March 2007 - Juventus is pleased to acknowledge that the battle about the EPO has definitely ended successfully. The appeal unacceptability confirms the final judgement that EPO has never been used, as already believed in the sentence of appeal. An important news, that Juventus is pleased to acknowledge, because it brings to an end a long course, which created heavy damages to Doctor Riccardo Agricola. Today his morality and professional quality, which Juventus never stopped recognizing, has been finally recognized. About the prescription regarding the other substances, it will be necessary to wait for the reasons, before expressing an opinion about it.

"I am very happy about the Court of Cassation decision, which definitely does justice on the most defamatory aspect that affected my person in these years. The Supreme Court irrefutably declared, recognizing the unacceptability of the appeal, that the fact was not committed.
