Palermo Coach Giuseppe Papadopulo faces his former employers on Wednesday night when Lazio visit the Stadio Renzo Barbera.当拉齐奥在周三晚上拜访巴勒莫时，巴勒莫主教练Giuseppe Papadopulo将面对自己的旧东家。
Papadopulo left the club at the end of last season after a disappointing spell in Rome, but is now hoping to make a winning mark against the side he supported as a child.

“Lazio represents my past, but the present is all about Palermo,” he said. “I will give my best because that is what my new club demands. My relationship with Lazio is still very good and I worked very well at the Biancocelesti without any interference,” he revealed.

Papadopulo’s reign at Palermo began with an historic win over Milan in the Coppa Italia and his side subsequently drew 2-2 away to Reggina, so the Rosanero Coach has no intention of changing his side.

“I will not be rotating the squad,” he said. “I don’t see why I should. If I thought there was any psychological or physical tiredness in my players then I would, but I haven’t.”

One player who did come under scrutiny on Sunday was Cristian Terlizzi, whose mistake let in Carlos Paredes for a last-gasp equaliser. Teammate Andrea Barzagli, however, denies blaming Terlizzi for his side’s failure to win the match.
