据了解，近年来，北京市环保局与香港特别行政区环保署一直保持着紧密的交流。北京在环保政策的制订方面也借鉴了一些香港环保的有益经验。据悉，为保障明年奥运会空气质量，北京将与天津、河北、山西、内蒙古、山东等周边省市自治区建立空气质量监测网，对重点污染企业实施在线监测。
