Albelda blasts his Valencia fans
Valencia captain David Albelda has turned on his Mestalla fans after their 3-2 defeat by Villarreal.
Los Che fans booed Valencia players after Villarreal opened the scoring, later they directed their abuse towards coach Quique Sanchez Flores before finally cheering Villarreal's third goal.
A furious Albelda declared afterwards: "There are things done by the fans that I did not like. It is clear that any day you can win or lose, but when they applaud the opponent it is not good.
"Valencia has produced great games away from home and we've never been applauded by the opponent's fans. I just don't understand why this has happened."
