Souness to join Man City takeover battle

Graeme Souness is considering a bid for Manchester City.
A Souness-led consortium was linked with a takeover of Wolves last season and the Sunday Express says the former Rangers and Liverpool manager is now ready to rival Thaksin Shinawatra with &;pound;70 million bid for City.
